“Ideal location and beautiful views. Clean and comfortable. Made for a very nice visit. Two downsides - balcony wasn’t available as door was permanently locked. Also the fireplace advertised in posting was not functional. When we messaged the host, she ignored the messages and didn’t acknowledge either one. Point is, if the balcony and fireplace aren’t available please don’t advertise them - or at least make your guests aware when booking so they aren’t disappointed to find out later. Other than……

“This place was awesome for my fiancée and I! We were a 5ish min walk to Trader Joe’s, less than 10 min walk to the sealink train, multiple buses and rapid transit! The place was very clean and we appreciated the little details! In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo and conditioner (they smell AMAZING)! “This stay was in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and there was enough utensils for what we needed. Could use a few upgrades, but overall it was a comfy place to come back to after being out and about. A bit loud hearing renters upstairs but nothing terrible. It felt a bit out of the way from Capital Hill downtown - closer to Madrona - but we enjoyed walking and it was also easy to grab an Uber when we didn't want to walk. ”

“The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The property is older, so has some quirks but it was charming. Some loud neighbors but not a big deal. ”

“This rental was so cozy! The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The location was within walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars & the Market. We would definitely stay here again even though it’s above a nightclub. Thankfully it was closed Sunday & Monday of our stay. ”

“We were visiting our family in Seattle and this cottage was in the perfect location, about three miles from their home. It served our needs well. It has a well appointed kitchen, bathroom and central living space with a cape cod feel. Would stay here again. ”
