Beautiful holiday The premises is immaculate and the breakfast superb. All hotel staff from management, front of house, waiter/waitresses, maids and pool life guard including maintenance are there to help at any moment. The pool is kept stunning and a delight to lounge around or swim. Would we return? Absolutely 💯 Rob&Alison

Absolutely loved the place, beautifully presented and lush gardens. Staff friendly and helpful and even provided us with vegan options at breakfast and dinner - vegan cakes, including apple birthday cake - made especially for us. We also had an upgrade to an executive room with shared pool which we really enjoyed. 100% would recommend.

Very nice, modern, clean, quiet, hotel and room. Ours was ground floor looking over the pool with sliding doors (one way privacy glass). The restaurant is ok but a bit limited if you don't want fish. It was also closed one night we were there. Otherwise it is a drive/taxi into lovely Pula where there are lots of options. Also a very good location for the beaches in the area - particularly around Chia.

NO WIFI in the rooms , only in lobby Pas de Wifi dans les chambres! Si on avait su, on séjournerait jamais ici .

Hotel piuttosto nuovo, comodo e di architettura molto gradevole. Stanza comoda e personale molto gentile e professionale.

Never again

Location: positioned well : close to Pula village and Chia beaches. You need to have a car. Garden is very nice. pool is just plastic from the ground to the pool itself. Jacuzzi ok. There is also a spa, we didn't try it so I cannot comment . There is no reasonable beach close by (the one close is terrible with rocks and algs) Room: superior room is for Smurfs (puffi). There is no space . The room is for 2 people but there is no space to put 2 luggages, no space once you open the closet. Noise from the road and in the evening from the restaurants. Toilet accessories are not according to a 4 star hotel : plastic cup for the teetbrush (it doesn t work), no Kleenex, no cotton to remove makeup. Tv signal terrible (e.g. realtime doesn t work) Service: staff at the reception and for breakfast are acting mechanically and often replying to you in a sarcastic way. They makes you uncomfortable, for sure you don't feel welcome. A more friendly behaviour would be really appreciated to make the stay more comfortable. Only one day we experienced a friendly lady running the service during breakfast. Price: the money you pay is not worth. For sure a place where you don't won't to visit again.

Michele
