“The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.”

We had to pay a deposit of 300 ringgit to get this pin, and we were told that it may take 45 minutes to get the pin sometimes. “Apartment was clean, but facilities very basic. One bedroom had no curtains. After reporting was given a simple cover for the middle part of the window. 1 mattress not comfortable, as it sags in the middle. ”

“Communication not strong. Instructions should have send one day in advance. The location full of constructions and inconvenient to drive. We need to locate the block, look for the security guard and letter box to retrieve the access card. The car park’s sign not clear and difficult to view due to the colour code use and small font! However, the house is clean and comfortable. It will be better if broom is provided as we need to do some cleaning for 4 days staying.”

“Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out.”

“Scammed by this property. It was obviously an apartment owned by someone, this is not a hotel or serviced apartment. It is a 14 blocks condo! Payment made on the spot via Expedia but no response from property via Expedia or WhatsApp! Phone line was not reachable. Terrible terrible! NOT RECOMMENDED! ”

“There was mould in the ceiling, stains on the sofa and bed sheets, peeling paintwork on the wall and ants on bed and the dining table. The pictures shows a homely and clean apartment but when we arrived it was not the case. We had 2 kids with us and no one wanted to stay there. As it was 11pm by the time we checked in, we had little choice for alternative accommodation. Check in was not easy either as we were initially given the wrong password to get the key. However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance). “The security is Safe. But the interior was totally down, Water Tap, Shower Holder faulty. Master Bedroom curtain almost fall out. No TV remote control, Wifi broke down and waiting for 3 nights, nobody repair it, poor children unable to log in their Ipad. Flying pan alot of scratches Not Safe to cook. Only can text the owner no voice communication. Sad. ”

“Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. ”
