The property is conveniently located near the New River Trail State Park, a popular spot for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. For those who enjoy exploring local towns, Pulaski is just a short drive away and features unique shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The very quiet neighborhood has a private road with little traffic and is conveniently located within 6 minutes of Exit 98 of Interstate 81. The house sits directly on Claytor Lake with a dock for your own private access to the water. Only 30 minutes to Virginia Tech and 20 minutes to Radford University, and less than 15 minutes from Claytor Lake State Park. There are many wineries and breweries throughout the area. The area is great for a summer lake vacation, a fall get-away to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, or a peaceful winter retreat.
All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock is available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat.
This property has a brand new fire pit for guests to enjoy year around! We ask that guests bring their own fire-wood prior to their arrival.
The house boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed and breathtaking views of the lake, while the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, perfect for families traveling with children. The third bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, also overlooking the lake.
The living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day spent on the lake. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and features a dining table that seats up to six guests.

You're less than 10 minutes from I-81. There is a public boat lunch & marina just a few miles away! Parking is available in the driveway of the house.
The dock is just a short walk from the house and can be seen from the deck of the house. You'll just need to walk down the hill to get to it.
PLEASE put the dog into the crate to ensure no accidents or damages occur to the home while you are not present with your animal.
