「Rooms are a little dated, shower dripped constantly. Breakfast was adequate.Good location.」

「Room and hotel in general is super clean. Staff was friendly and prompt checking us in. There are a few hotels in this area, and we've stayed at a couple different ones during our visits, but this is by far our favorite. Definitely recommend!」

「They don’t have an elevator, the hotel looked nice on the surface but didn’t have quality work underneath, horrible bed ( you could see the dips in the mattress with the covers pulled up) They did have very nice staff.」

「While the staff was friendly, the room was dirty, a used coffee cup was in the room, and the bath tub failed to drain. I don't plan on staying there again.」

「Musty smelling room, but somewhat expected due to age of building. Room was clean, bed was good. Only had about 4 minutes of hot water then it went cold.」

「First the elevator was out of order and when we questioned the staff we were told we could cancel our rooms. The hotel was not well kept. My bathroom had chips out of the tub and my friend said hers was so bad she wouldn’t use to shower. The soap at the bathroom sinks was mounted on the wall so high many of us couldn’t even reach. Very hard to believe this hotel was associated with the Hilton brand.」

「staff at breakfast was frazzled, lost our order, re-took it, then delivered it wrong. It was ok food, not bad, not great. The place was under construction so there was that. Room was great - clean, new and comfortable.」

「Waiting the fire alarm and flood for nearly one hour and very hard to get asleep again.」

「We enjoyed our visit here. Our room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.」

「 Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. 」

「Hotel is very clean and rooms spacious. Nice lounge area with evening bar and outdoor patio seating with fire pit. The complimentary breakfast has more options than the standard offerings at other hotels. Room was quiet despite hotels location an industrial park. 」

「非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。」

「Check in person could have been more friendly and welcoming. Did not expect room to be so small, but we like the updated bathroom. Harbor view was okay, expected better. The location was excellent. The harbor walk was right there that took us to both South and North Beaches. Wish there were better signage though to the North Beach. Room was very clean, and amenities were useful.」
