「This is a great place. Excellent location - easy walk to downtown, easy to get to, parking was fine (just out front on the street). It’s a nice apt - beds were comfy, kitchen had lots of space and everything we needed. My adult son (student at UI) was on the pull out couch multiple nights and he said it was very comfortable (unlike the sofa beds at so many other places). Bathroom was very big.
