Won’t be booking if the letting agent in Caloundra is the same. Second time we have been with same agent. Cleaning of that accommodation was below standard too. "

"Staff were absolutely great! Pool was so good for kids, very deep in parts though so a little harder with smaller children but older children absolutely loved the slide. Really nice stay and so close to beach and shops. "

"Thilfy unclean and unhygenic.Cockroaches, dead and alive throughout the kitchen drawers, bathrooms and bedroomsUnclean linen with dried up blood, outdoor patio not cleaned in what appears months. BBQ unable to cook on as unhygenic, kitchen fridge dispenser contained mould as did the bathroom blinds. The list goes on.
