Cobrança de taxa abusiva

O apartamento é bom, mas fui surpreendido por uma cobrança de USD 180 adicionais de taxa de luz. TAXA DE LUZ!! Mesmo não sendo mencionada no email ou aplicativo do Hoteis.com. O rapaz do atendimento então me disse que cobraria somente o meu consumo, me fez tirar foto do relógio de luz com o número do meu apartamento, mas no final da estadia ele disse que se "enganou" e que o relógio correto era outro, quero sua vez estava com o número de outro apartamento em cima. Lamentável. Ao ligar para o hoteis.com me avisaram que a tal taxa de luz só poderia ser cobrada caso a estadia fosse de 1 semana ou o consumo passasse de uma determinada medida(10.000KW) que logicamente não foi o caso.

Hotel possui boas instalações, porém a parte de serviços é inexistente e não aceita cartão, logo ao chegar no hotel, fui surpreendido com essa notícia, sendo cobrado para pagar no checkin em espécie, como não tinha em mãos o montante todo, pedi a ele um prazo para efetuar os saques, onde durante todo o período de estadia fui cobrado pela equipe do hotel, uma vez que devido o valor e as limitações de saque do país tive de efetuar o pagamento de forma parcelada conforme conseguia efetuar os saques, por todo transtorno e aborrecimento gerado, não recomendo e ainda solicito a expedia que reveja a classificação do mesmo, pois não entendo como um hotel que é avaliado como 4 (quatro) estrelas sequer aceita cartão. Ainda tive de dormir no quarto principal com um ar-condicionado que não funcionava, onde não foi tomada nenhuma providência para sanar tal fato.
