I would go back to this hotel many times over. Above and beyond customer service in every capacity. The staff were so friendly! The hotel was laid out very well with many photo opts . The beaches were pristine and very safe. The entertainment was fantastic. This place was quiet and not too busy good for a quieter individual. Lovely. Lovely!!!
This hotel is very good for those who are older.

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my recent experience with Arajet due to excessive flight delays, misleading communication, poor customer service, and unreasonable additional charges during our travel from Santo Domingo to Miami (MIA). Our flight was delayed for more than 6 hours with very little communication provided to passengers. The delay was not properly announced at the airport, and the airline website failed to clearly show the actual flight status, creating confusion and uncertainty for passengers and family members monitoring the flight. Arajet emailed only some passengers stating the flight would depart at 8 PM; however, the plane actually left after 9 PM, and we finally arrived in Miami after 11 PM. During the delay, even airline staff appeared frustrated and unable to explain the real reason for the delay. Many passengers became upset and uncomfortable due to the lack of transparency and communication. No food vouchers, accommodations, compensation, or meaningful assistance were offered despite the long delay. Additionally, Arajet charged $95 per passenger for personal items for all 6 passengers in my reservation, resulting in hundreds of dollars in unexpected fees. These charges were not clearly disclosed during booking. I was informed these fees could have been paid online at a discounted rate; however, despite the long delay, I was never given the opportunity to do so. Dare 5 srelle ad un tutto incluso proprio no troppe piccole mancanze. Però devo ammettere che dei 7 alberghi che ho visitato in questi anni in Repubblica questo in generale è il migliore in base alle mie aspettative camera rifatta in modo che potessi riposare il pomeriggio camerieri sorridenti e gentili poi??? Un mare stupendo se vuoi giocare con i pesci e’ uno spasso altrimenti loro fanno come se non ci fossero nessun disturbo il reparto veramente scarso è la cucina sopratutto la pizza dovrebbero vietargli di farla ( orrenda) e la pasta si fa al momento e non messa la così alla vigliaccata ecco perché no 5stelle ma per il resto bravi continuate e cercate di migliorarvi
