All the staff were so kind and polite (except the taco truck lady). The pools and shows were magnificent. Love the daily activities and food.
Beautiful beach!!! The waves were so fun to play in.
Brown teaching our 11-year-old to dive. Awesome staff cheering him on from the sidelines.
Ping pong and chess outside was a nice break from swimming.
Little jetted tub on the balcony.

Its a great property. Amenities are awesome. What threw me off was the check-in experience - they couldn't speak english and then the silly idea of selling preferred was just off putting, and then the fact that waiters don't speak english - when over 75% of your clientele is english speaking you ought to speak the language.
