Disliked: Communication
tried to contact the host for days. never replied with access instructions, expedia/vrbo claimed that need to wait till check in time of the same day. Claiming theyll provide with another acommodation if the host didn’t reply. When this happened, expedia refused to give me another accommodation. leaving me in the street with no hotel.
