「Place was great overall. Pool is very large. The rooms are great, all with balconies facing the ocean and kitchenettes well equipped. There is a little store next to the hotel which is great for snacks and even food to cook in the kitchenettes. Not too expensive either.
The staff are nice but not very helpful. I connected with them through WhatsApp and I was then handed off to the “experience manager” who took 3 days to respond and then was not very helpful after that either. We were staying as...

「el apartamento esta muy comodo, la habitacion, muebles y todo limpio, excelente vista, que estuvo promedio:
a) no habian toallas de playa.
b) no se puede pedir para hacer BBQ.
c) problemas de internet al llegar que ni lo de la recepcion sabia cual era la red.
d) el aire del cuarto estaba como malo.
e) falta que el personal de las instrucciones bien, no indicaron exactamente donde era el parking, tampoco el edificio, no indicaron que no habia toallas de playa, tampoco que no podiamos pedir el uso...

「Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours.
