A versatile apartment with a variety of options and amenities to enjoy in large groups and families of up to 9 people! Tasteful, with good quality furniture, crockery and decorative elements throughout the property.
The space
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION ABOUT BEDROOMS: The

apartment has 2 defined bedrooms and a versatile third bedroom, which is independent with a sliding door closure from a sector of the living room. This space has a folding bed with two seats and a comfortable new mattress made of high density orthopedic foam.

This same versatile space can be used as a living room extension during the day in large groups, as a living room when you have small children, as a reading room, study or work space or as a daily breakfast room with spectacular views of the city and sea.

- Daily maid service in season.

Electricity is included in the stay with a daily consumption limit, calculated according to the number of bedrooms in the property:

- 3 bedrooms: 25 kWh ~ USD 5 / day

Overage: In case of exceeding the included consumption, an additional USD 30 will be charged for each 100 kWh in excess, which may be fractioned proportionally according to the actual consumption (e.g. 50 additional kWh = USD 15). The payment will be handled by request through Airbnb.

💡Tips to reduce consumption:
• Turn off lights, air conditioners and appliances when leaving or when they are not in use.
• Set the air conditioning between 22 °C and 24 °C.
• Keep doors and windows closed when using air conditioning.
• Do not leave chargers or devices connected if they are not in use.

Energy and water consumption are recorded at the entrance and exit of the accommodation. In case of overages, the detailed calculation will be reported and the corresponding collection will be managed by Airbnb before check-out.

Uruguay, most homes – including this accommodation – use electric water heaters to heat water. Unlike other countries such as Brazil (where electric showers are used) or Argentina (with gas boilers), hot water here is not unlimited.

The water heater works like a water heater: it stores a certain amount of water that keeps you warmYou through a resistance. Depending on the size of the equipment, the hot water available can be enough for:
• 1 long shower,
• 2 short showers in a row,
• or 3 short showers if they are done with a break between one and the other.

Once the hot water is depleted, the water heater needs approximately 30 to 60 minutes to fully reheat it.

✅ Recommendations: If several people shower, the ideal is to leave an interval between baths so that the water heater has time to recover its temperature. In large groups, it's important to come up with some logistics to avoid the need to shower one after the other.
