      This home is beautifully renovated for optimal enjoyment of the Florida outdoor lifestyle. There are plenty of places to just hang out in the pool area or in the spacious family room. The family room looks right over the pool where you can plan to spend plenty of time. Whether you’re enjoying happy hour or reading a book, this cozy spot is the perfect place for you. The kitchen is stunning with its upgraded cabinetry and granite countertops. 

      The kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room, offering shimmering views of the canal and pool deck. Both the kitchen and family rooms offer French doors that open to the screened lanai. This home is also outlined by 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You’ll never feel a shortage of space here as each room is designed to just relax and enjoy your home away from home. 

      As you enter the pool deck, enjoy fully the beautiful outdoor experience. Along with gorgeous views of the canal, there are comfortable lounges for soaking up the sun as well as a propane grill for preparing perfect outdoor meals. This home is made for outdoor living at its finest.  The pool, outdoor shower, peaceful canal views, with plenty of outdoor seating, means youll never want to leave or even go back inside!

      Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.  This pool is west-facing.  This is a salt-water pool.

The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store. 

We have float toys for the pool, and child bikes are available for guest use as well.

Plenty of books for a rainy day and access to Yahoo TV on the smart tvs in the house.

Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Garage: Entry for the first time to the house is provided by PIN for the keypad via garage door access.

Garage: garage available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure

No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

     BBQ use is included in the guest stay, (propane tank refills are handled by the guest when needed) if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

     Hurricane Doors: The home has hurricane doors on the front and patio doors for additional security. Instructions on how to properly lock and unlock these doors are provided prior to guest arrival.

     Family-friendly- Child bikes, tennis rackets, toys, games, books and baby items such as a stroller, high chair and pack and play make our house a perfect place to truly enjoy a family vacation.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
