We purchased our condo in the summer of 2024 and got to work right away renovating for our future guests! We updated all the furniture, appliances, kitchen face lift, fresh paint and more! We gave the condo a comfortable contemporary design with coastal charm.

This unit is located on the Peace River where it becomes Charlotte Harbor, in Punta Gorda FL. Here you will find local restaurants, bars and live entertainment. In addition, dolphin tours, and fishing charters are all available nearby for your enjoyment. With multiple walking and biking nature trails, there's no end to the entertainment found by our condo. 60-night minimum stay per HOA rules.
Renters who stay here must pay for and complete a background check per the HOA requirements. This is an additional non-refundable $100 fee paid by the renter to the HOA. As much as we love our fur babies, sorry Emerald Point does NOT allow renters to have any Pets.
We will collect a $1,250 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,000.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,250.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
