Enjoy the breath-taking views of the canal from the living room, or step out through the sliding glass doors, which lead to your outdoor oasis with outdoor seating that can accommodate up to four comfortably.

The fully-stocked kitchen has newly updated granite countertops and plenty of counter space to prepare your family's favorite treats! Adjacent to the kitchen, you will make your way down the hall to the bedrooms.

At the end of the hall, you will find the master bedroom to the right. This bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a 42” Smart TV, and plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. Enjoy your private patio, where you have breath-taking views of the canal. The master bathroom is a true oasis, with a large vanity and an enormous walk-in shower. Adjacent, you will find the second bedroom. This room boasts two twin-sized beds, a 28” Smart TV, and plenty of closet space for your belongings. Next to the guest bedroom, you will find the main bathroom. This bathroom has a gorgeous updated vanity with a lovely shower/tub combo.
