Awesome Relaxing Vacation

We looked for a place to stay that was comfortable. Also with a pool. Central to where we wanted to go. The canal was fun. Fishing ,watching wildlife. We had a family member that brought a boat for us to use and Global came right over to help us get the boat lift working. Global answered every question we had very fast I must say. The house was perfect for 2 couples.Check in and check out was very easy. Will definitely keep this house in mind for next time.

Family Christmas Gift vacation

While we were very happy with the house & waterfront location, we had several issues which we have never experienced previously with VRBO. Upon arrival we found a dead, dried up frog outside the bathroom & several dead spiders in bathtub.The smoke detector was chirping, thermostat had low battery warning & coffee mugs had mold. The internet & cable were not plugged in & still never worked well after a tech came to service. Lawn was not mowed & firepit bottom was rusted out. No instructions left how to use boat launch for supplied kayaks and advertised bikes not found. Quality family time and local entertainment accomplished but will not rent with this management company in the future.

Relaxing stay

This house is in a super quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms. The pool and lanai are awesome. A great area for eating, relaxing and enjoying the perfect weather we had. The only negative thing was the badly stained carpet. A pet friendly home should maybe have different flooring. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our month at this house.

Nice Stay in comfortable home

Upon arrival we had some challenges finding enough towels in the linen closet. At the end of the week we found the additional towels which were previously left unwashed in the washer by the cleaning service. Seems like the cleaning service was not completing the job. Was not aware of the additional charge to use the solar powered pool heat until we arrived. There is an optional pool heater charge for which we would have paid for had we known about it prior to arrival. This is a nice home nevertheless. It is well maintained.

Visiting family in FL

Great location. Quiet and beautiful space! The house is very spacious and very clean! I love that you have your own 'wing' in the home which includes bedroom, bathroom and nice size closets. You can shut the pocket door and it is very private for each family. I love how big the master is with a couch and space for kids. I love that each bedroom has a slider to the porch as well. This home can sleep 6 people very comfortably. This home is beautiful and we were very pleased with our stay! Thank you so much!
