「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Room was kept spotless by conscientious staff. Building itself is an inconspicuous but once inside is quite stunning. It even has a chapel with rosaries and we once walked past when they were saying the rosary. Rooms are basic, but there’s lots of hot water bedroom needed a waste paper basket. beds are very comfortable and I slept well. breakfast is luscious, lots of choice. 「The front desk lady or I think she’s the owner was very nice. But, wouldn’t stay here ever again. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid my body on. It also feel like a ghost town, it has mirrors on the hallways which makes it like you’re being watched. We’re the only people that’s staying in the whole hotel, that should tell you something. Wouldn’t recommend it. I woke up the next day with a very bad back pain. 」

「Wir haben diezwei Nächte im B&B sehr genossen. So sollte ein kleines B&B sein! Eine überaus freundlich und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, schöne Zimmer sehr bequeme Betten und das Bad hat sogar eine Dampfdusche. Das Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet, die Lage mitten im Ort, trotzdem sehr ruhig und ideal zum Erkunden der Umgebung. Parken kostenlos ohne Probleme möglich. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen!」
