蓬塔雷纳斯的村舍

“The property is a casita (mother-in-law apartment) within the gated property of the host. They have an additional rental. I liked that we were living like the locals do. The Casita is simple with a fantastic balcony. The hosts were wonderful although only the husband speaks English so communication once there was challenging. The Casita has a well equipped kitchen with a normal sized refrigerator and freezer. There is a gas burner but no toaster. One significant quirk was that the floor was not……

“Mike and Elizabeth's home exceeded all of our expectation. The house itself was well appointed and comfortable. The AC was cold the view of the coastline breathtaking and who doesn't like to have monkeys in your back yard. The house sits on a quiet mountaintop which is easily accessible. Mike has created a jungle paradise with well maintained trial that he is happy to show you. They both could not be more welcoming and his knowledge of the areas flora and fauna is amazing. They hosted my family……

“Très bel endroit proche de la mer. La maison est très bien. Seul bémol, il y a des animaux dans les murs de la chambre qui font du bruit la nuit. Pour les dormeurs sensibles, il faut des bouchons dans les oreilles pour ne pas entendre les bruits. On ne sait pas quels sont les animaux dans le mur (lézard, chauffe-souris ???) on comprend qu'au Costa Rica, il y a des animaux et que ce n'est pas simple d'empêcher ceux-ci de faire leur nid ! Mais ce serait super d'empêcher ceux-ci de loger avec nous!……

“This place was great. Extremely close to the cloud forest reserve. The property manager went above and beyond. We got a home made breakfast brought to us every morning that was delicious. She arranged adventures for us to partake in nearby and followed up when a shuttle didn't arrive as previously scheduled. We had a wonderful experience at this property and highly recommend booking with Christina and supporting a Costa Rican if you are visiting Monteverde!!! You won't be disappointed.”

“Bohu cabin at Montezuma heights was our getaway home for the Holidays and we couldn’t have asked for a much better location to enjoy the sights and sounds of the area.
