“This is a lovely hilltop spot with a great view of the water. The skyscape makes it all worth it. The place is a tiny home, so be prepared. It's not necessarily for those needing to move around in the shower or bathroom. The beds are really comfy, and the loft is nice. Plenty of headroom. The only trick is getting down the ladder :). The hosts were gracious and communicative. Appreciate the coffee available as well. A must stay, if you don't mind tiny.”

“Host is amazing, had to move my stay a few times and they were able to work with me and help out even when they didn’t have too. Had a good run of bad luck and it’s nice to know there’s still good people in this world. ”

“The boat was very inviting, clean and equipped with a nice coffee press, plush towels and plenty of dishware for a relaxing stay.The boat presented very well and had comfortable beds and linens for a sound and rejuvenating sleep.The location was ideal with parking onsite and plenty of shops, restaurants and breweries nearby within walking distance.I look forward to return visits in the near future, this as the Shamrockin is a special place.”

“Wonderful experience and the host was so nice! She stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking and even told us about some of the places in the area to eat or things to do. She even let us pick apples off the tree in our front yard! The property was perfect for my son myself and my little dog we had everything we could need and then some and of course the location was superb the views of Seattle and Mount Rainier were amazing!”

“The Abode On the Sea is very charming. The bed was especially comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The view is spectacular! I especially appreciate the hot water on demand and great water pressure. The abode is very accessible to the lovely town of Winslow/Bainbridge Ferry and other attractions like several beaches, the Grand Forest and a quick drive to the Rolling Bay Area and Bloedel Reserve (a must see natural delight). We highly recommend this delightful abode.”

“I had a blast staying here! The RV was super cozy, clean, and well stocked with essentials including linens, cooking supplies etc. The location was also fantastic: extremely quiet and pleasant little neighborhood within easy walking distance of a metro station taking you into the heart of the city; big bonus were the blackberry bushes growing all over the place. Property owner was also extremely accomodating, polite, and responded to all messages within minutes. Easy 5-star review on this one.”
