「It was really nice and clean」

「Tub was clogged and backing up while showering. We let the receptionist know and even showed a Picture. We were told that all showers were like that. For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. We also noticed mostly all the staff were very mature people. We felt bad rushing or even complaining right to them. This place has potential, you just need the right management.」

「The room was very modern and comfortable. Large shower and reasonably priced snacks available. I thought we had a covered patio to sit outside and watch the river however, it was not the balcony we expected. Since it was rainy, all the furniture was wet and we were not able to sit outside.」

「For what we used it for, it was ok. Staff friendly. Room clean, but you can tell there was water damage in the ceiling at one point. Bathroom tile in need of repair, shower curtain ripped. Towel had stains, bedding had burn holes. Pillows flat, but clean. No coffee in room. But we choose it for location close to six flags, to sleep after a day in the park. Room was hot when we got there, ac off. Turned on room unit, and it cooled down within 45 minutes, however unit randomly turned on and off...

「The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! No clean towels or clean...

「We booked 6 rooms for our church trip. The staff would not let our youth group use the pool. I found long hair in my bed and in the bathtub before I got packed. The TV didn't work in my room. There was torn up paper in the floor in one of the rooms. The toilet has not been cleaned in another room」

「The property needs TLC. Torn curtains, not sure the shampoo was a new bottle, ice machine was broken. The room was clean but carpets were stained.」
