「We are pleasantly surprised by this place. Very beautiful, cozy and quiet. Great location too, not too far from the center with all the sites but very close to tens of restaurants and picturesque neighborhoods and river. We felt very safe in this place and would highly recommend it!」

「L’hotel è abbastanza carino tuttavia i servizi sono minimali più simili a quelli di un B&B. La colazione ha un costo aggiuntivo di 15 €, non è male però non vale nemmeno quei soldi. La gestione di tutte le prenotazioni e dei pagamenti è centralizzata, pertanto non hanno nessun tipo di flessibilità rispetto a possibili errori di prenotazione, cosa che trovo abbastanza poco Client friendly. Dal punto di vista dei servizi, come dicevo la struttura è molto minimal e ad esempio non ha il servizio...

「We loved our stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and our room was so spacious. The bed was so comfy, and shower was a good size and great water pressure. The apartment is in a residential area, about a 10-12m uber ride to Trastevere and about 20m to the airport, so it was perfect for our last night. Also, there is a little convenience store right next to the apartment, which was great to get snacks and water. Also, the host is really nice and helpful.」

「We stayed 3 nights. Our flight got changed and the team were super helpful when we requested a date change, and his meant a room chance which was totally fine as the accommodation was very appreciated. Our second room was a bit loud, we could hear people coming and going and the plumbing in the walls, not a deal breaker but I bit disappointing. I’d definitely stay here again I’d just make a request to not be in room 101. The general area was super convenient and very quiet, bed was comfortable...

「Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition.
I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner.
Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome.
Couldn't have been better.」

「The listing is advertised to have air conditioning; not climate controlled or seasonal, but ‘air conditioning’. When we arrived we were told they have air conditioning but said they would not to turn it on until the end of April. We asked for a couple of fans to cooll it down. They brought one, which was appreciated but our room was still was 82° around 5:00pm.
We checked out and stayed in another hotel (and better location) that turned the air on for us. 」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」
