"Charming and comfortable cottage, waking distance to the center of Ballarat and easily accessible to Ballarat’s many attractions. We loved the comfy beds, and the stunning bathtub was great to unwind in after a long day. The internet was fast and reliable, so I could work as well as vacation. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and the pink decor was cute without being overdone. Would stay again."

"Compact and cozy cottage with a delicious breakfast provided - including eggs and bacon! Electric heating AND an ambient wood stove for warmth. We stayed in the smaller suite and it is only big enough for a couple. Beautiful grounds and welcoming people, certainly didn't feel crowded by hosts or other guests. Thanks!"

"A terrible experience and a holiday ruined. We arrived to find a man in the house who could not speak English and did not know we were arriving. The owner said he would be leaving after he put the towels away however he came back on another occasion, did not knock and just walked inside. The house was FILTHY!!!!! The sheets had obviously been slept in and I had to go and get some clean ones late at night so the kids could go to bed. My husband had to scrub the toilet. The man was standing in the...
