「Really enjoyed my stay at the Muir. The hotel pays attention to the little details, the rooms are beautiful, and even though it’s right on the waterfront it was surprisingly quiet. It never felt crowded, which I appreciated. We did have a fire alarm around midnight and everyone had to evacuate to the boardwalk. It turned out to be a false alarm, but the staff handled it well and even took my room service off the bill as an apology. Nice gesture that they didn’t have to make. I’d definitely...

「房間偏細，只會隔日清潔執房，房間沒有水供應，要到公眾地方樓層取水或冰，位置較高，每次回程，需要不斷行斜路上山返回酒店。優點是房價較划算，大堂佈置精美，有兩杯飲品贈送。」

「Be aware of the room you are choosing. We stayed in Aft Castle room 6. The online pictures show living areas, kitchens etc but we had one very small room and small bathroom, with no additional living areas, not representative of the photos. If you have mobility issues, this is not your room, as it is three floor walk up. As well, there is very limited parking on site, with overflow parking one block away.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant servers were attentive to detail and the menu items were had were delicious. The hotel was also pretty central for many of the places we wished to visit.」

「Our check in was delayed because the staff had not completed the inspection on time. Upgraded to a big junior suite room which was lovely. Only had 1 pair of slippers in the room when we entered. Lack of signage for amenities like the pool and gym. Overall, decent stay for 1 night in the city.」

「Not the best experience. Bedding was dirty and air conditioner did not work. Front desk was not very helpfully. Had to follow up but finally got the air conditioner working and was given new bedding to put on myself. Felt like I was In an air bnb instead of a hotel. On the plus, rooftop patio gives you a great view and you are close to the harbour.」

「Stayed ,1 night July 2026. Everything met our expectations. Windows opened to allow for a breeze. Could not find an elevator but we were on the 2nd floor so no big deal. Quiet, clean, great location. Parking spots on street were all taken so parked at the multistorey lot across from MEC. Very expensive - $32 for 16 hrs」
