「Great location. Easy check in. Had to pay extra for checking in at 9 pm. Apartment was clean but had a funky smell. Nescafé coffee maker didn’t work. On check out date in which check out time is 10 am we had someone just walk in the apartment. No knock, no notification. It was 9:40 am and we were just bringing our luggage to the door. When I let the property know they didn’t seem too concerned. They apologized and they will talk to the cleaning staff. 」

「I like the property because the most points of interest were in a walking distance! The thing that I don’t like it was that the property is located in a really busy and noisy street is hard to sleep!!」

「Enjoyed the area. Close enough to get to the river and across (8 blocks) and was glad to get out of all the chaos back to an area with a neighborhood feel. Second bathroom was quite small ( shower toilet all in same room ). 」

「This place was fantastic. The location was great, it was so easy to get around Florence. We’ve stayed in numerous places in Europe and the bathrooms and bedrooms here were by far the best. Communicate with Martina was fantastic. 」
