“We are a family of six, 2 adults 4 children ages 17,14,10 and 4.Very friendly on arrival, apartment isn't modern but has everything you need and very clean. We had a two bedroom apartment but would get three bedroom next time. Grounds around also very clean and tidy. Cleaner's called every second day. 10 minutes walk from marina would definitely go back.”

“Great stay at Laguna resort, which is a quiet and relaxing retreat on the outskirts of Vilamoura. Taxi to the marina is around €6, excluding tip. You could walk although it’s about 30mins in the heat. Limited dining options on the resort but plenty within a short taxi ride. Villa cleaned 6 days (Sunday off), downside was the hot tub is not operational and top level unusable, also patio area could have been cleaner. “First time in this place, despite knowing whole Vilamoura, and i loved it.
Quiet area, safe, supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby in case you don't want to go far, cheap laundry a couple of meters away, plenty of garden areas nearby where you can enjoy a nice walk. The property itself is simple, but it has everything you need, including an iron and a board to help you get your clothes look nicer for your night outs. “Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero perfetto! L’assistenza da parte dell’host Diogo è stata eccezionale: sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e ben arredata, con un’atmosfera accogliente che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio esterno per le nostre colazioni e cene all’aria aperta.

“All staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. We had a huge apartment with a huge balcony facing the golf course. The hotel arranged the new year party for the guests and we had an excellent time. When we left the hotel, I forgot my favourite T-shirt in the bedroom. The day after I rang and told the reception what happened. The staff took their time to look for my shirt and found it. My T-shirt even arrived home before we did. Excellent service.”

“We have just returned from a week at the villa. We went as a family of 8 with children/adults from 16 years. The owner contacted me as soon as I’d booked and helped me with any initial queries which put my mind at rest. “Excelente estadia, numa casa que não podia estar melhor situada! A pé, temos a praia, o supermercado, a farmácia, várias lojas e restaurantes. Mesmo no centro de Vilamoura, e mesmo assim muito sossegada. A casa é muito prática, sendo completamente autosuficiente. “30 seconds to the marina, 5 mins to the beach. What could be better. Simple mezzanine apartment & despite being on the main road it was quiet. Air con was great, WiFi was patchy but I don’t come on holiday to be online. Private car park next to apartment which was perfect as we hired a car. “We loved the villa, gardens and pool, the area was really lovely too. The villa was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We had a cleaner arrive on the Tuesday and change of towels. We had a couple of minor issues which were promptly dealt with by the owner. The only thing we would suggest is a small welcome pack so that we could have a drink and a quick bite to eat whilst waiting for our shopping to arrive. ”
