“The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally.
The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train……

The hotel and facilities are breathtaking, but more importantly for me was the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were!
We had an early train trip and they organised my taxi and gave us a breakfast box to takeaway.
I’m looking forward to exploring the other hotels when we come back to Italy. ”
