"The room was dirty when I arrived and smelled like cigaret smoke. I purchased febreeze and Lysol room deodorizer spray and nothing killed the smell. My window was off the tracks I don’t even think it fit properly. The shower and sink were painted with something not natural tub and shower finish I asked them to clean the room and they did. "

"There was an undisclosed prior to arrival, $6 per day fee. It is unclear what that fee was for. The elevator was broken. It seems like it had been broken for a while. They said a phone was dropped down the elevator shaft and broke the elevator. They said the part would be there Monday but that seems like they probably have been saying that for a while now. This made getting luggage to the room a big hassle. Breakfast was good. Doors in the room to the bathroom were VERY narrow"

"This hotel just needs maintenance and better upkeeping - the door took 3 tries to open, the bathroom was dirty and the tub black, the showers temps were reversed, and in general everything just appears run down."
