Hotel Manoir Victoria
Top notch location, professional staffs, room and the hotel in general is a bit old (I guess it’s the same for hotels in Old Quebec) but still very clean

Hôtel Palace Royal Centre-Ville par JARO
Nice hotel but not happy with the limited dining options. No a la carte breakfast available unless you use room service. Even then, very limited. No chance of just a yogurt and fruit. The buffet breakfast was $28 pp. plus taxes and gratuities.
