「The location was excellent! We were able to walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops with ease. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. 「A splendid location in Old Quebec... inside the walls of the city. Newly renovated including walk in shower and wood floors but with original stone walls. The breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as eggs, bacon , ham and potatoes. The only downside is that there is no elevator.」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「Great place to stay ! The view is amazing ! Staff was super friendly . Loved the coffee machine in the lobby . Could make a coffee at anytime . The renovation are amazing , looks so good ! We were at the top level. Lots of stairs so beware when carrying up the suitcase! Loved our stay, the check in and check out was super easy.
