The condo itself was lovely and accurately described. They had lovely snacks for us and the kids laid out which was a nice touch. All the amenities you needed in terms of linens, hair tools, if you forgot your toothbrush etc. Very clean and comfy beds and pillows. Unfortunately, the listing incorrectly advertised onsite parking at the time of booking. We only learned two days before check-in—after full payment—that parking was offsite and farther than stated, several blocks away, definitely inconvenient.In the dead of winter in Quebec City, carrying groceries, this was extremely difficult. More concerning, we experienced an issue in the parking garage where emergency doors would not open, creating a very distressing situation for our family. We did not feel safe using the garage again and instead risked parking in limited onsite 1-hour parking which is free after 5pm on weekdays.VRBO ultimately refunded us a portion which felt justified since we wouldn’t have booked this condo based on parking alone for our families needs. While the condo itself was very nice, the parking misrepresentation and safety concerns significantly impacted our stay. It was a quick 10 min drive to Old Quebec which was handy and Metro was just up the road.
