Superb condo very spacious approximately 1800 sqft renovated. Offering open and sunny spaces. Private entrance, large open kitchen fully equipped, with kitchenette and dining room, very large living room, very large bedroom with queen size bed, with air conditioned in the bedroom, modern, luxury bathroom, balcony, washer/dryer, 5 minutes walk from Plains of Abraham, 600' from metrobus, grocery store, pharmacy and other services, 5 min away from old Quebec by bus.

Beautiful huge apartment

Very well equipped, quiet street, and you can have a coffee on the patio looking at the hens in the courtyard. No rooster, so no waking up at 4.

Great Location

Thank you Stephane and Marie-Claude for the hospitality during my stay. Very clean and spacious property. Fully equipped kitchen. Location is fantastic. 3 minute walk to grocery and pharmacy. Bus stops are a 3 minute walk with bus service to down town in about 15. Many small parks are within a short walk. If I return to Quebec City this would be my pick.

Grand appartement, près de tout.

Grand appartement bien équipé, près des plaines, aurait été parfait s’il n’y avait pas eu de construction de l’autre côté de la rue. À cause de la construction le réveil se faisait à 7h pile!
