"What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too . Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10"

"I stayed here for 2 nights. First of all, don’t expect too much considering the price. The room was just okay, although I hope the shower room can be improved. All facilities are worn out and tired but still at an acceptable level. There was no room cleaning during my stay, and I’m not sure why. The WiFi was not very fast, but it was still at an acceptable level. On the positive side, all basic amenities were provided, which was good. The breakfast buffet didn’t have many options. "The place was in good shape, just some very minor issues with a sink faucet not secured tightly but it worked. For any issues the owner is very responsive. There were a half dozen or so ants on one of the beds we didn’t use when we got there but not so much the following days. Internet worked very well as we both do video conferencing for work at night. The blackout curtains work very well and it was very quiet during the day when we slept. The place was decently clean and very comfortable."
