「What I liked. Very convienent location. Room was beautiful. They gave me an extra duvet which was nice. There was a very nice guard at night who would see us to our car and make sure we were ok. The beds were comfortable the water was hot . room was gently heated not over heated. It is on High Level rd which can get busy in the day but it didnt bother us at all. Lighting was a bit dim but we were ok. Would definitely come back.」

「Lovely hotel! Perfect location in cape town, super convenient with a market and coffee shop on the first level, clean and cozy rooms. Didn't interact with the staff much but they were lovely when we did. 」

「A great experience. This is a house turned to Hotel. It was a unique experience and a quite pleasant one. The location and the views are incredible. The service was very customizable and personal. And the hotel it’s self is an art gallery. I recommend. 」

「The staff were delightful. Bedroom facing the sea was very special. It was only the bathroom that was a bit tired and in need of renovation. Would go back in a heartbeat though. 」

「Blackheath Logde was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful . In a very safe convenient area withots of restaurants nearby. Now from from V & A. Very good breakfast. We would definitely recommend it.」

「Only stayed here for one night but it was lovely. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a drink and good conversation and then shown to our room. The house is beautiful and the on street parking was safe. We walked down the road for dinner and felt safe during the day doing so. Would recommend and stay here again. We did not eat there but the table set ups were beautiful for breakfast. 」

「We booked at The Winchester last minute because of canceled flights and we were thrilled we did. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was amazing. The location in Sea Point was great. Lots of walking and decent access to restaurants and shopping. We took in the sunset every night at the hotel bar, which had wonderful food and great cocktails. We will certainly consider staying here again.」
