「The communal living spaces on the first floor were spacious. We would have breakfast together as a family in the morning. All the A/Cs worked which was key for these very warm and humid days. Upstairs, the beds were comfortable. Yes, some of the finishes are older, but I've lived in NY before and know that it's also part of the charm. For the price for our group of 7, it was a great deal. 「Great small place to stay if all you care about is the beach. That is what I was looking for and so I was very happy. The rooms are very small and the walls are thin. But I was okay with that. My only complaint that Echoes others is that the shower was lukewarm at best. But it's safe enough clean enough quiet enough etc.」

「the safety in this place is dangerous. twice i had people punch in my door code and come in, thankfully they weren’t weird. As a female that made me feel unsafe on top of the fact that it was not made clear that you will be sharing the place with other people. The host was slow on replying and the safety was my top issue otherwise the location was the best part of this place 」
