「The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, just as described! No complaints about that. However, the hosts' communication from the beginning was poor and vague. I had specifically asked about storing our luggage when we arrived early in the morning (before our check-in time) and in the afternoon (after we checked out). My decision on where to stay was based in large part on this, simply because we needed a place to store our luggage as our flight times didn't line up exactly with check in...

「We needed a place that was convenient to commute to see family in Manhattan, and this fit the bill. However, we had some trouble with the door lock, and the floor had to be wiped down by us before we could walk around in sock feet or barefoot. The neighborhood is generally safe, but there tended to be someone loitering near the doorway each night. The bed is comfortable, and the shower was clean and adequate.」

「I wasn’t even able to get into the room . I contacted the host after self check in which me and many other people weren’t getting our access code to enter the building. The ones who got the code were leaving because other families were in their room already. One big disaster and and great disappointment to my family who came down to visit.」

「Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk.」

「Great location. It was in the back of the building, which insulated us from street noise. The only thing I would change is if there were a way to have a small table and two chairs to eat on. It was difficult to eat meals in the apartment because there was no dining surface. Overall, it was an exceptionally nice apartment. If you don’t plan to have meals in the apartment, it’s absolutely perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.」

「This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...
