"We stayed at the Saltbush Retreat for three nights in a slab hut and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. A lot of detail has gone into the presentation and comfort inside and out. It's position is handy to the Qantas Museum and the Stockman Hall of fame. Thank you to the management of Saltbush Retreat for making our trip to Longreach so memorable. "

It's an older style motel that needs a little updating but we would defiantly stay here again when in Charters Towers and would recommend it to other travelers."
