We stayed here to catch an early flight from QRO International Airport, and it was a great choice. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and well-kept, and getting an Uber to the airport was quick and easy. The only thing to note is that the elevators are on the smaller side, but I was still able to fit two large suitcases without a problem.

Excellent customer service! The main door is always locked which is very safe. My room has a small kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, a small safe and a sink. The wardrobe has an iron and a board. And I have a small sofa and a table. It has a large flat screen Smart TV. The space of the room is quite big enough. The bathroom is clean and the shower is also nice. They have a small pantry for drinks and some snacks by the lobby. I wasn’t able to try their breakfast. I only had a short stay and I feel comfortable and well rested. The only negative thing I can say is the location of the hotel. But for the price I booked it compromised the amount for Uber to the airport. I will consider going back and book for this hotel again.

La habitación realmente es muy bonita, una vista increible a la ciudad de Queretaro, todo es nuevo, la cama es súper cómoda y hasta las sábanas y cobertor, huelen muy limpio, el baño también de muy buena calidad, y tiene un pequeño Frigo bar, microondas, y una tarja para lavar trastes, es como un pequeño estudio, la televisión con muchos canales, realmente vale la pena, aunque casi nadie lo conoce, incluye el desayuno de 7 am a 11am, solo en la noche no hay restaurante, solo venden algunos snacks, anunciaba tenian yougurt pero no hubo, solo eso fue lo malo. Lo recomiendo

Reservé en esta propiedad por sus comentarios desgraciadamente su personal dejó mucho que desear todo. Parecía indicar que nos querían estafar, haciéndonos creer que la reservación no estaba lista que el cuarto no era el que habíamos reservado una muy mala experiencia, desgraciadamente por el personal de Recepción, que sólo nos hizo sentir inseguros.
