「We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. 「We had an awesome time at Mallard Inn. The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully designed. The property is a historic building right next to Quidi Vidi Wharf. As the property just opened under new ownership when we visited, there were minor hickups (like eg. a missing bin in the room) which have been quickly resolved by the attentive and friendly stuff. Parking on site is limited and extended dinner options require a car to go into town.」

「This is a great place to stay. The rooms are beautiful, the bistro is tasty and it is not a far walk to downtown!!」

「I tend to stay at Holiday Inns because they are consistent and I like the room set up. The staff here were real friendly and they offer breakfast as early as 3:00 am. My only 2 complaints: the dark drapes didn't seem to work. I think they were just for show. There was a bright streetlight just outside my window that was annoying. The tile flooring looked good, but for some reason, it was slippery to the point of being dangerous. I had never encountered that in other Holiday Inns.」

「Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消，但我們已經去到了，便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適，房間只有一個USB插頭充電。洗手間廁紙有待改善，是薄紙張不吸水的。吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水，早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。整體來說十分滿分有八分」
