"Outstanding service! Luxurious and welcoming! Beautiful white sand beach, gorgeous view. I enjoyed many of the fun activities including pool Zumba, candle making, beach yoga, and sound healing. Nightly entertainment was first class—many different styles of music (vocal and instrumental), dance, magic, even a circus above and around the main pool! We ate in almost all of the restaurants and the food was awesome! Already planning a return visit in 2027! "

"Our stay at emporio was the worst thing I have experienced I travel a lot and wanted to give them a chance and it went terribly when room was cleaned towels wouldnt be replaced with clean ones it was a struggle to have a towel that was clean and it would be an issue asking the staff cause they had a terrible attitude felt like asking was a bother when it’s there job this resort had 3 jacuzzis and not a single one was hot they felt like normal pools we would ask staff to see if they can’t make it hotter or what’s wrong and they would avoid it and never come back pillows in room had black spots and our ac, hot water for shower and refrigerator did not work they said they fixed it but looked and felt the same also the resort was under a lot of renovation that they never mentioned so we were limited in certain areas there was also little bugs in the shower and in our room water would leak from the side when we would shower we asked the receptionist upfront if we could switch rooms and she said that would be an extra $95 a night after telling her everything that’s wrong with the room our beach was full of it i understand it’s high season but we visited other beaches near by and they were cleaned up "

"The rooms were always cleaned every day. Sometimes they would come twice a day if they could. The staff at the hotel and outside were very sweet and helpful! Loved that the beach was right there and all the amenities they had to offer! Would definitely visit again! "

"Mom & 17yo teen thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at ORP. Standard junior suite room w/ garden view. Pros: attentive & friendly staff (kudos to Aylin from Guest Services and William from entertainment), attractive & well maintained property; variety of food & pool options; stylish & spacious rooms; kid-friendly activities, facilities, & entertainment. Cons: bathroom mold in otherwise visibly clean rooms; mixed food quality; lack of activities/entertainment for adults. The positives at this beautiful resort far outweigh the few negatives. Good pick for travelers focused on comfort, relaxation, & value for the price. Great place to stay with young children, as even the basic junior suite is spacious. Adjacent sitting room area has a couch and desk. The garden view was attractive with lush greenery. Felt very private. Decor is stylish and bright. In general the room was well cleaned. However, I was dismayed that from the jetted tub (itself a major plus) there was a direct view of under the bathroom sink, showing about 4-6 inches of wall space which was covered in black mold across the length of the counter bottom. I would never have noticed this except from that vantage using the tub. Granted, it's a humid environment, so not hard to understand how this happens quickly but hopefully the hotel will take extra steps to check for this. My teen daughter and I were looking for a restful experience, which ORP definitely provided. Top notch, friendly service."

"It was an absolute zoo , people on top of each other . I understand they are trying to make most money as possible but they could have managed it better . It was so bad me and my family left the hotel after saying for an hour and they would not even give me a partial refund . The beach was so bad that the water was brown . It was absolutely the WORSE hotel I ever stayed in my life "

"Staff was extremely hospitable and went out of their way to make our vacation special. Booking trips off the resort was easy and ALL the food we had was excellent! Would stay here again, definitely liked having the heated pool in the excellence club. "
