“From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. “Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. Keep in mind this is at the end of the hotel zone so it takes 25-45min to get here from the main intersection with the Tulum traffic. Overall if you are looking for glamping experience,……

“Los domos son muy bonitos para fotografías, pero la realidad es que están muy descuidados. La chapa de la puerta está floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no están bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, había focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentación de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). El hecho de que no hagan limpieza todos los días hace que la cantidad de bichitos sea muchísimo mayor que en otros glampings……

“Pictures look better than the actual place. Location was great! But the noise situation was out of hand. Too loud in the morning -we were right next to reception and the music playing in the morning at 7:30 am was unnecessary. I’m Not sure what happened, but we all left with bug bites- either Bed bugs or spiders… ”
