"The hotel is beautiful and the word 'grand' sums it up. The newly refurbished swimming pool is excellent and the beach is lovely with a nice warm sea. We emailed the hotel before our stay to ask regarding gluten free options for breakfast. It was pleasing that April (assistant manager) remembered the email exchange and was looking out for us."

"We were given a very big and spacious room which was perfect for my crawling daughter. The staff were lovely although the attendant at the buffet was not very friendly and made us feel unwelcomed the one night we wanted to go for the buffet, so we ended up leaving. Outdoor pool is so lovely and very popular with the guests (it was hard to find beds at times). I love that they cater to modesty for women around the leisure facilities. Area is great and very convenient if you hire a car for Muscat (which is recommended). Not far from the loveliest serene beach in Qantab. "
