“This hotel is seriously tired. And consequently it feels unkept. Expensive for what it was and if it wasn’t for proximity to East Surrey Hospital, I would not have stayed.”

“This hotel is perfect for an early morning flight. We were able to check our bags in the evening before. Would recommend 👌”

“Like most people these days price and value plays a large part in making choices, This hoel I just a little more expensive than some basic providers which is offset by things like free parking on site, and you feel like you have stayed in a real hotel. So generally very good especially when you have been upgraded as we were.. Now the negatives the room we had was on the ground floor the noise from the room above due to poor sound insulation and creaking floor and joists were the worst I have……

“The host is friendly, warm and nice. Room is tidy and clean. TV is good. Everything is great. This is the B&B I wish to stay again if I have the chance to travel via LGW”

“The staff was the worst I’ve experienced in my month of traveling England. They weren’t friendly or helpful and made me feel like it was a burden staying there. And I stayed 3 nights. And there’s absolutely nothing close by where you can eat. The cook was the only pleasant person. The place has absolutely no warmth to it.”

“Service is very nice and location is very prefect as near by retail park, that’s easy to get in the restaurants. Room is clean and the size is big but dust was found on the bed.”
