「Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. 」

「We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast!! They did not even have real coffee!! It was a machine with instant coffee. Plus!! They have us styrofoam cups! So small but ok because the coffee was terrible! No fruit. The Orange juice didn’t even taste like orange juice. The towels were very thin! The bed was comfortable」

「Staff was ok. When we arrived and went to our room the ac was turned off and the room was hot and humid. It took sometime for the room to cool off. The bathroom was not clean. There was short hair in several places in the tub/shower as well as short black hair embedded in one of the towels. The hair dryer was yellowed and dirty it made scrapping noises producing a burning smell. The room doors are exterior doors and our room happened to be in a hallway instead of an open walkway. 「Very nice stay. Loved the area. Sat in the cool air on the front porch in a rocking chair after a long day's drive. Frank was an excellent host. Quiet at night. 」

「We only stayed for one night and it was a basic hotel stay. Check in was quick and easy, my room was clean and the air got cold. Got a great night sleep then left early the next morning. It was a basic hotel room. Nothing fancy or frilly, but I paid a basic price for a standard room. As long as it’s clean and serves the purpose, I’m happy. I’d definitely stay again if passing through the area.」

「We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly.」

「The Mountain House is unique. It is truly an old house that has been modified to include rooms and a restaurant. There are about 8-10 rooms in the Main House where we stayed. There is a separate building called the Bunkhouse out back. The room was clean but very small and tight. More so that I thought was possible but we got used to it.
