「The hotel could use some maintenance. The wires for the door lock had been visibly cut, allowing anyone in the building with or without a key. The room was clean, except for the couch cushion, that had dry vomit on it underneath. The staff was helpful, but their were no available rooms to switch to, so we had to go to a different hotel. We were refunded our whole 3 night stay,as the vomit was discovered the first night and room deemed unhabitable for humans.」

「We booked two nights and enjoyed the hotel so much we stayed a third night. I very seldom give a perfect score to a hotel but this was well deserved. The staff were outstanding! The hotel was immaculate plus it was a “green” property. We highly recommend staying and enjoying the rooftop view of Lake Michigan……」

「It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」
