It was a villa in a tranquil location next to a house with chickens horses and dogs. The location was right the middle of Florence/rome. It was a good house for two families to come together although a shame that upstairs and downstairs did not connect from the inside. They are two separate dwelling accessed in opposite sides of the property. The pool was beautiful so lovely and clean however despite asking on a few occasions we did not know how to turn the lights on inside the pool. There are a lots o creepy crawlers of you don’t mind them it’s fine but after a while they creeped us out. The sofa in the lounge was broken on arrival. I do think the house could do with a little renovation

Aufenthalt in Villa mealli

Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist katastrophal. Das Haus war nur teilweise gereinigt. 1 Bett im Obergeschoss war nicht frisch bezogen. Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine GlĂ€ser kein Geschirr. In der KĂŒche waren alle SchrĂ€nke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen. Die ToilettensvhĂŒssel und das Waschbecken wackelten. Im Untergeschoss war die Kaffemascine verschimmelt. Die Couch und der Sessel waren durchgesessen und nicht benutzbar. Die ToilettenschĂŒssel wackelt und die KĂŒchenunterschrĂ€nke waren verschmutzt. Im Außenbereich sind die Bodenflisen am Pool gesprungen und bargen ein großes Verletzungspotential. Der Poolboy war kein einziges Mal zur Reingung gekommen. Der Wasserspiegel fiel wĂ€hrend unserer Zeit um 15 cm gefallen. Deshalb funktionierte die UmwĂ€lzanlage nicht richtig. An der Gartenlounge war das Dach zerfetzt und hing in Einzelteilen herunter. Unter einem Liegestuhl lag ein alter, vergammelter Socken ein frĂŒheren Bewohners. Alle Boden in dem Erdgeschossappartement waren von angeklebtem Schmutz ĂŒberzogen. Es wurde hier sicherlich nie ordentlich der Boden gereinigt. Kakerlaken fanden wir in allen RĂ€umen. Die StĂŒhle im Erdgeschoss sind unter dem Sitz mit Spinnweben ĂŒberzogen und bestimmt ĂŒber Monate hinweg nicht gereinigt. MĂŒllabfuhr ist in den zwei Wochen auch nicht gekommen. Die MĂŒlltrennung wurde unserem Empfingen nach durchgefĂŒhrt. Wir mussten am Abreisetag den MĂŒll vor die MĂŒlltonnen stellen. Eine sehr schlechte Unterkunft

Tilava huoneisto kauniilla ja rauhallisella maaseudulla. Oma uima-allas ja hevoset laidunsivat naapuritontilla. Kaikki sujui majoituksen osalta muuten mukavasti, mutta saimme vasta paikan pÀÀllÀ tietÀÀ, ettÀ lÀmmityskustannukset eivÀt kuuluneet hintaan. Kaasu on italiassa kallista ja jos kelit eivÀt olisi lÀmmenneet ja emme olisi pystyneet lÀmmittÀmÀÀn takalla, lisÀkustannus olisi ollut aika suuri. Meille myös ilmoitettiin varausta tehtÀessÀ, ettei takkaa voi kÀyttÀÀ, mutta onneksi perillÀ selvisi, ettÀ se ei pitÀnyt paikkansa. Paikan pÀÀllÀ yhteyshenkilönÀ toimi Rita, joka oli erittÀin mukava ja auttavainen. PienistÀ haasteista ja hankaluuksista huolimatta oikein ihana viikko.
