“Paige was a very responsive host and quickly handled any issues, concerns or questions. I stayed in her casita for 3 months while my house was being remodeled. It was close and convenient to everything. My dog and I enjoyed our stay and Paige was a wonderful host.”

“The place was very clean and spacious for the most part. Unfortunately one of the areas that we were hoping to take advantage of was a private Courtyard with an outdoor TV. When we arrived there was no TV out there and the courtyard was pretty dusty”

“The house is really nice until you use the hot tub and the shower. They only provided two towels per guest that were mediocre at best. We had three adults and there weren't much blankets for our third guest. The hot tub had the worst chlorine smell. Felt like our eyes were burning. Do not stay in the first bedroom. Unable to sleep because cars were burning out right in front of the house. Got up at 2 a.m., got ready and left.”

“Our host was great and there were plenty of amenities! There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and be comfortable. The game room was a big hit!”

“Patricia was welcoming. We were in town to celebrate a graduation and the home was lovely and there was enough room for the family to gather. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were not too overwhelming. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“We had great communication for check in and checkout with Bryce. There were 8 adults in our party, plenty of bathrooms and overall space! Loved how big the kitchen table was, and could accommodate all of us.There were a few things which would have been helpful for our stay (more drinking glasses, cooking utensils and some extra trash bags), but overall we had a great stay. We were close enough to Walmart, we picked up a few things we needed. ”

“This rental has been neglected. It is battered and filthy. The kitchen had leftover food in the pantry with evidence of mice. The counters had stuck on food and the sink was in need of scrubbing. Bathrooms were in need of deep cleaning. One sink pedestal appeared to have vomit on it. The carpets in the bedrooms were gross. The couch was a broken down dirty mess. Beneath the cushions we unearthed crumbs, wrappers, a sock, and a lone flip flop. The master shower floor was slimy and the sinks……
