“It needs maintenance. There were weird sounds in the pool and the door and siding on the elevator could use updating, however, staff was great!”

“They first put us in a room w/o A/C and w/o a TV. After going around looking for another room they offered me a refund. Since it was too late, I practically begged them to unlock a room that had the security door lock stuck. A staff member came and unlocked it. Two employees, tried their best, it's just the condition of the hotel that leaves a lot to be desired. ”

“Receptionist was willing to let us check in about 45mins before the stated time. Claire was very informative about the amenities included and worked to locate a room that made my sleep disorder a non- issue. Greatly appreciated. I am a member of the “Drury Club” and always enjoy the various locations I stay at. Headed to the Drury on Price Road in Chandler, Az tomorrow…always a pleasure!”

“What I liked was the coffee and breakfast in the morning. There was always parking available. Room cleanliness was good. What I didn’t like, is it didn’t seem like the hotel knew about the different events ( baseball competition, graduation etc) or at least it didn’t seem like they were ready for the influx of guests. We had multiple rooms, and in one the toilet didn’t flush, so we had to call maintenance as soon as we got there. The air conditioner had to be turned off, so you could sleep,……

“Carpets had some stains, in room coffee machine had not been rinsed by previous occupants. Stay was ok, but the Green Policy" to change linens and towels every third day is ridiculous; not sure if it is mandatory I only stayed one night.”
