「房間很不乾淨 到處都是毛髮跟前一個房客留下來的藥品膠囊」

「I stayed here for five nights, and unfortunately, my room was not cleaned even once. Housekeeping only knocked on my door on the second day, but I asked them to come back later. When I returned to the hotel that evening, my room still had not been cleaned. In addition, the soundproofing is very poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the next room, and they were quite loud, which made it difficult to rest.」

「Friendly and helpful staff.Room was spacious and clean.」

「這是唯一第一次住hyatt.過去都習慣住Marriott.」

「The air conditioning noise was extremely loud, almost like aircraft noise, making it hard to sleep. The provided dental kit was also very low quality, and the toothbrush caused gum bleeding. Overall, below expectations for a Westin.」

「Enjoyable stayed with tasty breakfast, especially the fried eggs and yogurt.」

「The overall experience was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is also clean and nice. The only thing I think can be improved is the breakfast, the options are limited. The rest are all great.」
