Front Desk Staff have been friendly and helpful over the past many years that I have stayed there. The location is very convenient with lots of nearby amenities. The only drawback this year, I felt uneasy about the post-stay emails I have been getting, supposedly from Hyatt. It felt a tad unsafe for the first time as if my privacy had been invaded.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The service was great, and I would recommend it to anyone. It is important for a customer to know that everything else is right around the hotel. Things like restaurants and everything else.

The hotel seemed nice at first, however, when we flushed the toilet in the morning, water leaked out the bottom and we were standing in toilet water. When I told the front desk, they acted like they knew there was a problem with this room. Then they said it was probably because the housekeeping staff poured the mop water in the shower. The water had also soaked the carpet next to the sink. When we opened the sink cabinets, we saw pieces of wood propped up as if they were holding the sink in place. The wood had “Do not remove” written on it. The hotel refused to discount the room and would only give me hotel points that I will never use.

The room was clean, showers hot, good water power in shower. Bed was comfortable. Quiet. Situated in a nice area and close to shops and restaurants. I traveled solo and felt very safe in the area. The breakfast was included and it was really nice. Several items to choose from. I will stay there again when I return.
